I have been using the LED indicators for the pins entirely thus far. As of yet, I haven't attempted to use the terminal blocks. It contains red LEDs for the 3.3V pins, blue LEDs for the two 5V pins, and green LEDs for each of the signal GPIOs. Since there is no LED, the GND pins are effectively "blamk". One noteworthy finding is that, when the pins are in input mode, they appear to have nine pins wired with some sort of "Pull Up" resistor since they glow green. I'm not aware that Pull-Up is a feature of the Broadcom CPU chip or of the Model 3A+ board I've been using.

You may connect this great tiny GPIO breakout board to your Pi 4. arrived quickly. Okay, it was packaged. To be honest, the packaging was ripped apart, so I was shocked that it didn't break in transit, but it still functioned. I don't think you can really break something like this unless you abuse it. It works perfectly once I connected it to my Pi and an Adafruit 240x240 LCD display and developed a matrix-style Python screen saver. Although I believe I read in the Amazon description that it had leds, seeing the leds light up looks fantastic and is genuinely instructive. I am so happy with this that I want to buy a couple more for my other Pi 4s that I use for developing Python automation programs. I purchased it for my Pi 4 development workstation. I'm really happy that I bought it. If you're like things like this, I highly recommend it.

Reviews for completely unrelated goods are frequently combined on Amazon, therefore this review is for the HCDC RPi GPIO Status LED & Terminal Block Breakout Board HAT. Why anybody objected to placing this board in a case is beyond me. It should be fairly evident that a closed enclosure will not accommodate numerous HATs. If you take out the two plastic posts on either side of the connector, this board can be used with a male to female 40-pin flat extension cable. Other than firmly attaching it to the base board or another HAT, those posts are really not necessary. You may use the connector as a "foot" and leave the other posts for feet on the opposite side. It functions fairly well. I have a WaveShare IO baseboard paired with a Compute Module 4. This is well clear of both the Compute Module 4 and the Waveshare heat sink. I could file a slot in the cover and use a ribbon cable, even if I can't close the case. The order of the signal labels on the terminal blocks differs from that of the connector pins, which is my lone minor concern. I'm still not sure
