These are quite effective! We recently bought a rental home that has been vacant for several months, and we are currently renovating it. The odd mouse would visit us, but that is no longer the case. I was concerned that the image quality through USB 3.0, which I use to connect my 2014 MacBook Pro's USB 3.0 connection to the USB-C cable using the included adaptor, would be subpar. I first wanted to confirm for myself that this display could create a reliable connection. My desktop computer, which has a little external network antenna, is where I began the test. The monitor could display crisp 1080p video across two walls at a distance of 20' or one wall at a distance of roughly 40'. I immediately changed to my Surface Pro 7, which just has an integrated antenna. The outcomes were, surprisingly, better!
